THE BEGINING
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been holding a brush in my hands. Whether it was brushing and braiding my doll’s hair or giving makeovers to my friends: applying make-up to my big sisters faces, or simply finding any and every way to beautify whatever was in front of me.
My passion grew in high school, when I was in high demand to do my fellow dancers’ hair and makeup before recitals. In these moments I realized that I loved making others feel beautiful.
By the end of high school it was clear that I needed to pursue a career in beauty.
THE MIDDLE
My passion for beauty took me to New York City where I studied at the prestigious Aveda Institute in Soho.
After graduating and obtaining my cosmetology license, I worked at Oscar Blandi assisting many of New York’s top colorists.
After four years on the East Coast I decided to move my talents to Los Angeles, and leave the salon world to pursue a career working on set as hair and makeup artist.
TODAY
After almost 7 years in LA, assisting on huge campaigns learning from some of the top makeup artists and hair stylists, I starting taking on my own jobs growing my beauty business as a very in demand artist. As I started to travel more with work I discovered Paris had the high end editorial and fashion world I was missing in LA. It was time to take my business across the pond. I currently live in Paris, France, where I am working backstage runway shows during European fashion weeks, destination weddings, celebrity clients attending fashion week, film and television, red carpet events, magazine and editorial work, along with major brand campaigns.
I truely believe in the power of beauty. In fact, that’s what I love most about my work; that I have the opportunity to empower others by making them feel and look beautiful. My goal is to give confidence and self worth to everyone I touch by just a stroke of a brush.
